What types of direct mail formats do you offer?
Initially, we will be offering a 4x6 postcard format only. Shortly after launch, we will expand the format types based on customer feedback.
Can I schedule my mail to deliver at a later date?
Yes, you can schedule your mail to print on a certain date, with delivery depending on the type of shipping method you choose.
How long does it take to deliver?
Typically 5-7 business days for First Class mail and 9-21 days for Standard Class mail.
Can I mail to a lead list?
At this time, you can only send direct mail to existing customer contacts in ServiceTitan. We will be offering the ability to target prospects in late 2020.
